General Rules

The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that KliaTaxiCabLimo have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, KliaTaxiCabLimo will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Advance Bookings required at least one day/24 hour in advance.

  • All Bookings is confirm with full payments only.
  • Driver & Vehicle Informations will be provided one(1) day before pick-up date.

Airport Drop-Off (DEPARTURE):

  • Grace period waiting time is 15-minutes from booking Pick-Up Time.

Airport Pick-Up (ARRIVAL):

  • Worry Free of any flight delayed or early arriving.
  • Pick-Up Time is based on Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) + Buffer Time

Complimentary Waiting Time:

  • Complimentary 15-minutes waiting for pick-up from others location except KLIA/Klia2 (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and SZB (Subang Airport)
  • Complimentary 60-minutes waiting for pick-up from airport KLIA/Klia2 (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) and SZB (Subang Airport)

Cancellation/Reschedule Booking:

  • Free Cancellation/Reschedule – NO PENALTY or 100% Refund for cancellation more than 24-hour before booking pick up time.
  • NO REFUND for cancellation less than 24 hour before the booking pick up time.
  • NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND for less than 12 hour before the booking pick up time. Anyway call us we can discuss this if possible.
  • All refunds subject to approval.

Additonal Baggage/Luggage:

  • When you book with us, we offer you a generous baggage/luggage allowance for each type of vehicle, if your baggage/luggage exceeds the free allowance, we will not responsible for the issue or conditions of NOT FIT/CANNOT FIT.
  • When you make a booking with us, we provide each vehicle with a maximum load allowance. However, it is the responsibility of the passenger/traveler to ensure that the selected vehicle’s maximum load allowance is not exceeded. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to overloading or the inability to fit items into the vehicle.

Baggage Policy:

  1. The standard size for calculating luggage is based on a 24-26 inches suitcase.
  2. Any large suitcase exceeding 26 inches will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

Important Reminders:

  • Infants and children will be counted as one person, and passengers are not allowed to bring luggage that exceeds the capacity limit due to limited vehicle space. In the event that the driver cannot accommodate the excess baggage, the passenger may be refused service, and any consequences will be borne by the passenger.

Additional Traveler/Passenger:

  • Driver have the right of NOT to pick up if the traveler/passenger is exceeded the number of each vehicle allowed.
    SAFETY & COMFORT is our priority to you and our drivers.

Airport Transfer Booking Extra Waiting Charge:

  • RM50-RM100 for every 30 minutes extra depending the type of vehicle.

All-Inclusive Price:

  • Our airport transfer service operates on a fixed-price basis. The price includes tolls, parking fees, and any other charges that may be incurred during your journey. As long as you don’t change your pickup or drop-off location or time, you won’t have to pay any additional fees.
  • Airport transfer and pickup/dropoff rates are subject to market adjustments, and actual prices may vary depending on factors such as booking time, usage time, and vendor. The price quoted at the time of booking is only valid for the current reservation. To enjoy the quoted price, we recommend that you book and pay as early as possible after obtaining your price quote.

Late Arrival/Punctuality Guarantee:

  • If our driver does not arrive on time, you may contact KliaTaxiCabLimo by whatsapp at +60 11 2826 6060. We will coordinate with you immediately to resolve the issue. If the driver cannot provide service on time, we will compensate you at a rate of RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60 (in the form of coupons/credit).
  • If we are ultimately unable to provide service, we will provide a one-to-one refund service with additional compensation of 50% of the booking amount.

Confirmation Guarantee:

  • If kliataxicablimo.com. confirms the order but then cancels it, causing you to be unable to travel, we will provide you with a full refund and  additional compensation of at least 20% of the booking amount.

Replacement:

  • In the event of vehicle replacement due to operational or other reasons, KliaTaxiCabLimo shall only arrange a vehicle of same model/category or and upgraded model/category.
